SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping expenses are calculated according to the amount of the purchase and destination.

Orders are sent using certified Spanish Mail or MBE courier depending on the shipping method you have selected..

If you want you can choose the store pick up option and collect your order in one of our three shops in Barcelona. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.

We will take one or two working days to prepare your order in our warehouse.

Depends on destination. In some countries orders are difficult to track through its national post service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shipping expenses generated by changes or returns are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or mistaken.

If we have committed a mistake, first of all we apologize for that. Please send us an email and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

You have 30 days for returns or exchanges. Changing or returning products can only be made if they have not been used, washed or altered. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must include all labels and tickets.

CHANGES

If you want to change an article for a different size or color please check that there is availability in our web and send us an email with your order number and the changes that you need.

We will confirm by email that you can change the products so you can send us the products. Once we have received them, and checked them, we will proceed to send again the desired ones using the same shipping method and with no cost for you.

RETURNS

If you want to return some items, please send them to our address. Please include your order number. Once we have received them we will proceed to the refund using the same payment as the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

CHANGES AND RETURNS IN OUR BARCELONA STORES

You can change or return items in any of our three Petit Oh! shops in Barcelona. Please remind that you have 30 days and you must bring a copy of your invoice. Changing or returning products can only be made if they have not been used, washed or altered. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must include all labels and tickets. If there is a proce difference or you want to return garments, our shops are not allowed to refund money. They can only print a voucher (with no expiration date) that can be only used in the phisical stores.

Our company does not accept liability owing to the effects of improper use of the products bought online.
